Pointcare Health Coverage Text Messages

Program Description

Pointcare Inc. ("Pointcare") helps patients get and keep health coverage through Medicaid, Medicare, and the ACA Marketplace, on behalf of partner healthcare clinics. With your consent, Pointcare sends informational text messages about your health coverage, including:

- Callback reminders and requests to return our call
- Follow-ups on coverage enrollment and renewals
- Secure links to start or continue an application on my.pointcare.com

You agree to receive these messages when you give verbal consent during a phone call with a Pointcare enrollment representative. Messages identify Pointcare and may name the clinic we are contacting you on behalf of. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Messages may be sent in English or Spanish.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages during an enrollment or renewal.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Purchase Required

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of receiving any services from Pointcare or your healthcare clinic.
