PointCare partners with AltaMed, the nation’s largest FQHC. This iterative process allowed the team to refine their methods alongside the customer, proving that administrative efficiency could directly stop revenue leakage.

Coinciding with the Medicaid "Unwinding," Coverage Management was born. We shifted the industry focus from one-time enrollment transactions to a proactive cycle that ensures continuous coverage.

Our platform expanded to serve clinics nationwide, transforming the administrative plumbing of American healthcare.
