Leader of the Year Award
The Leader of the Year Award celebrates visionary leaders in community health clinics who took bold, proactive steps to manage Medicaid Coverage effectively. After the challenges of the COVID-19 emergency and subsequent disenrollment, you may have seen your clinic face steep declines in payer mix or an increase in uncovered patient visits. This award acknowledges those who rose to the challenge and reversed those trends, ensuring eligible patients continued to receive the coverage they need.

Our judging criteria
Here's what we're looking for in our winners:
- Superstar executive leaders and teams who are changing the game in proactive enrollment management in Operations, Enrollment teams, and finance focused positions.
- Solid quantitative and qualitative organizational impact that can be demonstrated- be it reduction in per enrollment costs, Medicaid patient churn reduction, or improvements in team resource allocation.
- Anything else you think helps you/your nominee stand out in the crowd.
