As the CEO of MCHS, Ms. Alborn manages MCHS’ partnership interest in Priority Partners Managed Care Organization (PPMCO), a 363,000+ member Medicaid managed care organization owned jointly by MCHS and Johns Hopkins Health Care (JHHC). In this role, Ms. Alborn also serves on PPMCO’s Provider Network Management, Health Services, Marketing, and Finance/Audit Committees.
