Content Submission and Usage Rights

By submitting your application to the Pointcare Awards, you grant Pointcare the following usage rights for your submitted content:

Awards Program Usage (Required)

All applicants automatically grant Pointcare the right to use submitted content for:

• Evaluation and judging processes
• Awards ceremony presentations and announcements
• Winner and finalist recognition materials
• Internal program documentation and records
• Website content and blog posts
• Social media campaigns and posts
• Marketing materials and brochures
• Industry conference presentations
• Educational content and whitepapers
• Future promotional campaigns

Attribution and Recognition

When using your content for marketing purposes, Pointcare will:

• Provide appropriate attribution to your organization
• Include relevant contact information when beneficial
• Respect confidential or proprietary information markings

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for extended marketing usage at any time by providing 30 days written notice to clevenetz@pointcare.com. This withdrawal will not affect:

• Content already incorporated into published materials
• Usage rights for the awards program itself
• Materials already in production or scheduled for release

Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your submitted content. This agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership to Pointcare.

Confidential Information

Please clearly mark any confidential or proprietary information in your submission. Pointcare will make reasonable efforts to respect confidentiality markings, though public recognition of winners may necessarily include some business information.
