Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned, innovative marketing and public relations professional to drive the development and execution of PointCare’s marketing and PR strategies.

Experience working with the healthcare industry is a plus. Responsible for directly managing marketing and communications activities that will promote, enhance and protect PointCare’s brand and further its mission and vision.   • Manage all aspects of B2B marketing initiatives
  • Take over existing brand and oversee the development and implementation of support materials and services for all departments in the areas of marketing, communications, and public relations
  • Create a scalable marketing plan that streamlines growth while driving revenue and brand awareness
  • Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, and initiate corrective actions, as necessary
  • Foster strong relationships with a variety of media in the health care and technology fields
  • Develop and manage the creation and distribution of press releases, pitches, fact sheets, testimonials, articles, and speaking abstracts
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external marketing and communications vendors
  • Conduct market research and adjust strategies to meet the changing market and competitive conditions
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Work with senior staff across the organization to identify internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them
  • Train other department heads on the role of marketing and communications and coordinate and orient new marketing and sales’ new hires


  • Extensive knowledge in Salesforce, Salesforce Communities, and HubSpot
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Extensive knowledge with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Extensive knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & In-Design
  • Extensive knowledge on video content creation
  • Ability to automate social media creation and post process
  • Website Building & Content Management
  • Proficiency in English Language & Grammar


  • Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience
