Associate Product Manager

PointCare’s mission is to make public health coverage work for the 75M Americans who can’t afford healthcare and don’t know how to access it properly. We do this by transforming how providers manage millions of patients annually, and we believe that fixing problems in coverage management will increase the quality and reduce the cost of healthcare for everyone.  

Every day we come to the office hyper-focused on understanding public coverage and finding ways to reduce cost in our healthcare system through transparency, data, and software.

This role will report to PointCare’s VP of Product. Product Management contributors at PointCare act as teammates, facilitators, product experts, and curators of healthcare domain expertise who guide and drive product investment decisions.

First 30 Days
During the first 30 days, you’ll focus on learning by:

  • Diving deep into our product, learning its features and its structure.
  • Learning our process and how we create value, from implementation to integration.
  • Developing and testing your knowledge of our industry and its regulations.
  • Learning our User Personas through data, customer visits, and internal discussions.

First 90 Days

Within the first 90 days, you’ll use that foundation of knowledge to:

  • Help capture and manage customer enhancement ideas to help us build stronger solutions in the future.
  • Grow customer value and increase revenues by working on specific enhancements.
  • Produce documentation that generates understanding and high value.
  • Work on making updates to our Product Roadmap.
  • Ensure that our KPIs are tracked and serve to inform our decisions.

Within 6 Months

By the time 6 months has gone by, you’ll be well on your way to:

  • Delivering data and insight to help engineers and executives make product decisions that drive our Product KPIs.
  • Implementing improvements to our process for turning ideas and issues into a living Product Roadmap.
  • Working with engineers in Agile teams to deliver Product Roadmap items.
  • Ensuring quality by working with PointCare customers to validate features.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for PointCare teammates.
  • Helping to increase the efficiency of our team’s processes.

Customer Success Advisor

This role will report to PointCare’s VP of Customer Success. Our Customer Success Advisors are teammates, consultants, product experts, and implementation advisors who guide our customers and sell the value that our products and services generate.

First 30 Days
During the first 30 days, you’ll focus on learning by:

  • Diving deep into our product, learning to configure it and to train others on its features.
  • Learning our process and how we create value, from implementation to integration.
  • Developing and testing your knowledge on our industry and its regulations.
  • Riding along with other CSAs for implementation and account management events.

First 90 Days

Within the first 90 days, you’ll own a growing book of business and will:

  • Manage the implementation process, ensuring rapid time to value for customers.
  • Build robust and strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Capture customer enhancement ideas and help our Product & Engineering teams build stronger solutions in the future.
  • Grow customer value and increase revenues by identifying ways to increase customer value through the product.

Within 6 Months

By the time 6 months has gone by, you’ll be well on your way to:

  • Driving 20%+ portfolio growth.
  • Generating referrals and leads to our Sales team.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to PointCare teammates.
  • Helping to increase the efficiency of our team’s processes.

Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned, innovative marketing and public relations professional to drive the development and execution of PointCare’s marketing and PR strategies.

Experience working with the healthcare industry is a plus. Responsible for directly managing marketing and communications activities that will promote, enhance and protect PointCare’s brand and further its mission and vision. We’re excited to find a confident, experienced, and collaborative team player to become an integral part of our growing software company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of B2B marketing initiatives
  • Take over existing brand and oversee the development and implementation of support materials and services for all departments in the areas of marketing, communications, and public relations
  • Create a scalable marketing plan that streamlines growth while driving revenue and brand awareness
  • Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, and initiate corrective actions, as necessary
  • Foster strong relationships with a variety of media in the health care and technology fields
  • Develop and manage the creation and distribution of press releases, pitches, fact sheets, testimonials, articles, and speaking abstracts
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external marketing and communications vendors
  • Conduct market research and adjust strategies to meet the changing market and competitive conditions
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Work with senior staff across the organization to identify internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them
  • Train other department heads on the role of marketing and communications and coordinate and orient new marketing and sales’ new hires

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive knowledge in Salesforce, Salesforce Communities, and HubSpot
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Extensive knowledge with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Extensive knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & In-Design
  • Extensive knowledge on video content creation
  • Ability to automate social media creation and post process
  • Website Building & Content Management
  • Proficiency in English Language & Grammar
