Enrollment Status, automated.  

For customers with PointCare Verify, you will now be notified via your work queue when a patient’s enrollment status has changed.

When an enrollment status has changed to approved or lapsed, you will see a new update in your work queue for that specific patient. This ensures better coverage management through enhanced coverage retention and enrollment verification!

Automated enrollment statuses included:

  • Submitted to approved
  • Pending to approved
  • Approved to lapsed
